To ensure security and innovative features we now have to raise the minimum Confluence version supported.

With this release we are ending the support for all Confluence releases, which have reached their end of lifetime.

Effectively, this means:Starting with this release, GoEdit will support Confluence 7.19.0 (released June 2022) and higher.Prior this, for Confluence 7.2.2 (released in 2019) was supported and has been discontinued with this release.

This way, we hope to be able to provide you the best possible product, in terms of security and innovative features.

With this release we updated all components of GoEdit to the most recent major versions. The overall project has been re-audited and adopted the current standards and practices to ensure a good platform for the new features.

The upgrade should be seemless, not data migrations or special preparations needed. No client update required or intended.

If your Jira is not working properly due to this bug and you cannot use UPM for some reason, go to jira-data-hom/plugins/installed-plugins and remove jira-7.2.1.obr (that is GoEdit) – then restart your server and install GoEdit again (7.2.2).

• Due to the (new) expiry dates of Data-Center licenses GoEdit could fail to re-sync the license properly, even though it is needed. This leads to the GoEdit client to deny accepting the invalid license.
